Política de cancelación
Podrá cancelar su reserva, teniendo en cuenta las siguientes condiciones:
- Cancelación con más de 30 días de antelación a la fecha de inicio del viaje: 15 % de penalización.
- Cancelación entre 30 y 15 días de antelación a la fecha de inicio del viaje: 25 % de penalización. Se reembolsará el 75 % restante.
- Cancelación entre 14 y 5 días de antelación a la fecha de inicio del viaje: 50% de penalización. Se reembolsará el 50 % restante.
- Cancelación entre 4 y 1 día de antelación a la fecha de inicio del viaje: 80% de penalización. Se reembolsará el 20 % restante.
- Cancelación con menos de 24 horas de antelación a la fecha de inicio del viaje o no presentación el día del inicio del viaje: 100% de penalización. No se reembolsará ningún importe.
Notas:
La penalización se aplica de acuerdo al importe total del viaje.
Los seguros de anulación y/o asistencia que sean contratados, no son reembolsables en ningún caso.
